Membership is reserved for
employees of the City of Norfolk in Virginia who:

• Are currently receiving a retirement check
• *Vested their service and are currently receiving a retirement check
• Currently work for the City and have 25 or more years of service
• Is a surviving spouse and is receiving their spouse's city retirement benefits

However, we truly appreciate any donations to help offset costs for refreshments and administrative needs.
